ACC will work closely with the design team to provide the cost control tools necessary to accomplish your goals for each project, within established budgets. Our process begins with a Schematic Design phase estimate that will confirm, or challenge, the established budget, and provide a logical breakdown of the project by system. A second more detailed estimate that describes the building system components in assemblies would be prepared at the Design Development phase. Then, a final fully-detailed estimate will be prepared prior to issue of bidding documents once the design is nearly complete.
